With Auto-assign, you can set up specialized teams in eBanqo Messenger that handle specific requests. Customers are routed to these teams based on criteria you choose. Currently, the available routing criteria are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Issue type<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Branches<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Channels<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Customer type<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
Setting a routing criteria<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
To set your routing criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1.<\/strong> Go to Configurations > Auto-Assign<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
2.<\/strong> Click on Routing Criteria<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
3.<\/strong> Choose from the routing criteria: department, issue type, or branch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
4.<\/strong> Move your mouse over your preferred criteria and click Create Issue Type<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Note:<\/strong> The label Create Issue Type<\/em> appears because the selected routing criteria is Issue Type<\/em>. If you select Department<\/strong>, the option becomes Create Department<\/em>. If you select Branch<\/strong>, you will be prompted to search for a branch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The branch criteria is only available for customers using Google’s Business Messages channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
5.<\/strong> Fill in the title of the issue and a short description.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
How to create a team<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
After setting your routing criteria, the next step is to create your team. Click on Teams<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Next, click on Create New Team<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
A modal opens. Fill in the information in the modal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n
Fill in the name of your team<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Provide a brief description of the team<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Fill in your email address<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Select the criteria you’re using for assignment (department, issue type, branch, channel, or customer type)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
