Follow the guide below to configure the channels you want your chatbot to operate on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Set Up Your Preferred Channels<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Here you choose the channels you want to connect your chatbot to. The Webchat channel is selected by default, but you can also add other channels such as Facebook, Twitter, and WhatsApp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/qa-knowledge.ebanqo.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/KB-W.png\" alt=\"Preferred channels dashboard\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Set Up Your Webchat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/qa-knowledge.ebanqo.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/KB-X.png\" alt=\"Webchat setup\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> Upload your business logo. This logo will appear in the header section of your web chat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/qa-knowledge.ebanqo.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/KB-Y.png\" alt=\"Upload logo\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2 &amp; Step 3:<\/strong> Adjust the width and height of your logo.
