Click on the three dots on the top right-hand corner of your chat window<\/p>\n\n<p>2. Go to <em><strong>Conversations &gt; User Messages<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7701\" src=\"https:\/\/qa-knowledge.ebanqo.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/KB-W1.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>2. Next, you\u2019d see a list of everyone your business has chatted with.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7585\" src=\"https:\/\/qa-knowledge.ebanqo.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/2021-08-16-9.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>3. Scroll down until you find the customer whose chat history you want to view. Alternatively, you can search for the customer using either their name, email, or the platform the chat occurred on.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7586\" src=\"https:\/\/qa-knowledge.ebanqo.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/2021-08-16-12.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>4. When you find the chat history you want to view, click on it.
