To delete a user, go to configuration > users. Using the slider at the bottom of your screen, scroll to the right. Click on the three dots beside the role you want to disable. Choose edit.
A modal appears.
Uncheck Activate. Click on Save. This deactivates a user’s account instantly.
To create a new user, go to configurations > users. Click on the button Create New User.
Once you click on create a new user, a modal appears
Complete the fields and click on create a new user.
To disable or deactivate a role, go to configuration > role. Using the slider at the bottom of your screen, scroll to the right. Click on the three dots beside the role you want to disable. A modal appears.
Uncheck Activate to disable or deactivate a role.
Click on save.
In your account, go to configurations > roles. Using the slider scroll to the right. Click on the three dots beside the role you want to edit.
Once you do that, a modal appears.
You can rename the role, change dashboard, add or remove actions. To add a new action, click on the space. A list of permissions or actions appears.
Select all that apply. Click on save.
To remove an action or permission, click on x beside any action or permission you want to remove.
Click on save.
To create a new role, log into your account. Go to configurations > roles. Click on create new role button.
Once you click on the create new role button, this modal appears.
Complete the form. Fill in the role name, select dashboard, and the permissions for this role. Then click on create role. The new role will be automatically saved. You can view roles on configurations > role.
